Todd Coggins
Founder & Owner
Todd brings over 15 years of residential and commercial construction experience. His portfolio spans a wide range of work—from 19th-century historic restorations to ultra-modern seaside retreats, timeless colonial homes, and everything in between.
Todd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from Villanova University. His success in the industry stems from his combination of architectural insight, meticulous attention to detail, and a hands-on, solutions-driven approach.
A Monmouth County native, Todd is passionate about the community he builds in. When he’s not on site, you’ll find him surfing (at the Cove), fishing, and spending time with his family, friends, and dog, Rudder.
Elizabeth Coggins
Head of Operations & Client Experience
Elizabeth brings over 15 years of experience in client services and account management, specializing in recruiting for C-level executives. She joined Cove Homes full-time in early 2025 and plays a key role in keeping the business running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Elizabeth oversees procurement, operations, invoicing, scheduling, and day-to-day logistics, ensuring every project stays organized and on track. She also collaborates closely on interior design and finish selections, helping bring homeowners’ visions to life with an eye for both detail and design.
